Assumption of Risk & Liability Participation involves inherent risks associated with driving, travel, weather, mechanical failure, and public events. Participants voluntarily assume these risks and agree that they are responsible for operating their vehicles safely and in accordance with all traffic laws. Participants should carry all legally required insurance. 6. Media Release Participants grant ENCOR 1000 and the Sir Grandpa Foundation permission to photograph, film, record, and use their name, likeness, voice, vehicle, and related media for promotional, fundraising, editorial, educational, and marketing purposes without additional compensation. 7. Fundraising Terms Participants agree that donations collected through official ENCOR 1000 fundraising platforms support the charitable mission of the Sir Grandpa Foundation. Donations are charitable contributions to the Foundation and are not refundable except where required by law. Participants may not represent personal fundraising as benefiting any organization other than the Sir Grandpa Foundation without prior written approval.
