Acceptance into an ENCOR 1000 event is subject to additional documentation, including participation agreements, waivers, releases, medical forms, media consents, fundraising requirements, and other event-specific policies. SECTION 4 – MERCHANDISE & ONLINE STORE The website may offer merchandise including apparel, accessories, rally memorabilia, digital products, limited-edition items, and other branded products. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order where we believe doing so is necessary to prevent fraud, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, unauthorized resale, or misuse of the website. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to: • modify products; • discontinue products; • limit purchase quantities; • refuse or cancel orders; • correct pricing errors; • limit sales to particular jurisdictions where required by law. Acceptance of these Website Terms does not constitute acceptance into any ENCOR 1000 event and does not replace any participant agreements. SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Unless otherwise indicated, all website content is the exclusive property of the Sir Grandpa Foundation. This includes, without limitation: • ENCOR 1000 branding; • logos; • graphics; • photographs; • videos; • route concepts; • challenge concepts; • written content; • event materials; • trademarks; • design elements. ENCOR 1000™, the ENCOR 1000 logo, the Sir Grandpa Foundation name, slogans, rally concepts, event formats, and associated branding may not be used without prior written permission. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or otherwise used without prior written permission. SECTION 10 – USER CONTENT If you submit photographs, videos, comments, testimonials, ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other materials through the website, you grant the Foundation a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, edit, distribute, display, and promote such content in connection with ENCOR 1000 and the Foundation's charitable activities.
